As products becomes older, less frequently made or even obsolete, they can usually still be repaired. Often these repairs can take several weeks and so Total Motion Systems maintain a stock of repaired items that fall into the above category. To take advantage of this stock you need to send us your failed unit, and in return we will sell you our exchange model. You get an almost immediate replacement to keep your production up and running. Total Motion Systems gets your old unit to repair and return to the stock and so enable the next customer to have access to a rapid replacement. These items can be purchased outright for a premium, if for instance your failed unit is so badly damaged it can no longer be repaired.
