We offer a full repairs service for all items that we supply.
All items returned to use are inspected by our in-house engineers and then a quotation is sent to you explaining the full inspection/repair/replacement cost and the estimated repair time.
Please Note: All units that are returned to us that are either out of warranty or customer damaged incur a £100 inspection charge, which is waived if the unit is subject to a chargeable repaired or replacement.
Items manufactured by Total Motion Systems Ltd, such as STEBON Stepper Motors and GSD Stepper Drives are then repaired in-house, other items are returned to their respective manufacturers to ensure that all work is to the correct standard.
Unless otherwise noted repaired items are supplied with a three month warranty.
