Total Motion Systems Ltd manufacture in England one of the largest ranges of CE marked industrial DC stepper motors in the world. Our 1.8° hybrid stepper motors are available in 4 NEMA frame sizes and are designed for optimum power output with 2 phase bipolar drives. Central to our manufacturing portfolio is the ability to produce custom designs in small to medium quantity at very reasonable prices. Modifications include special machining of shafts and flanges, fitting of specified cables and connectors and even the use of special materials for use in aggressive environments. Torque output ranges from 0.1Nm to 50Nm. Power output is up to 3kW max. Built-in options include encoders and fail safe brakes, with enclosure ratings up to IP67.
