We offer a full repairs service for all items, that we supply; all items returned to use are inspected by our in-house engineers and then a quotation is sent to you explaining the full inspection/repair/replacement cost and the estimated repair time.
Please Note: All units that are returned to us that are either out of warranty or customer damaged incur a £100 + VAT inspection charge, which is waived if you go ahead with a chargeable repaired or replacement. Unless otherwise noted repaired items are supplied with a three month warranty.
At Total Motion Systems Ltd we know that your equipment is important to you and that extended downtime as a result of a motor or drive failure can be damaging to your business, especially if it is a hard to replace or obsolete product.
However we know that as products becomes older, less frequently made or even obsolete, they can usually still be repaired, but can often take several weeks, so we maintain a stock of repaired items; you get an almost immediate replacement to keep your production up and running.

For after sales support Total Motion Systems Ltd have pioneered Techpack. The Techpack service brings together expertise in software, power electronics, motor technology and mechanical design. Techpack can be tailored to complement your in-house technical capabilities. Training packages are available for designers through to operators depending on individual needs.
